Envision2bWell is excited to announce that we have been recertified for a second year in a row as a minority owned company by the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). NMSDC is committed to advancing Asian, Black, Hispanic and Native American suppliers as critical partners in a globalized corporate supply chain. The organization boasts an impressive network of corporate members who are simultaneously dedicated to improving the diversity of their vendors supplying products, services, and solutions.
We are honored to be part of this rapidly growing network and stand in solidarity with so many amazing minority owned enterprises. We believe strongly in the mission of NMSDC and are committed to doing our part to integrate principles of inclusion into our wellness solutions. As a company, we recognize that a one-size-fits all approach to health does not effectively create long term change. This is mainly due to the fact that over 80% of our physical, social, and psychological health behaviors are significantly impacted by societal conditions* including those conditions fostered by workplace culture and leadership styles. Thus, to address the evolving landscape of workplace wellness in a manner that gets to the heart of assessing social determents of health, we developed our proprietary KSAA™ model - Knowledge, Support, Access, and Autonomy. Through our KSAA™ assessment, we analyze the psycho-social determinants of health that often go overlooked in other corporate wellness programs to ensure our clients and users are fully equipped to engage in social health empowerment. The ultimate objective of the KSAA™ model is to create compelling knowledge, destigmatized support systems, and readily available resources which when combined, empower employees to have more autonomy in choosing healthier behaviors.
We additionally deliver professional leadership programs and curate subject matter experts based on our 10 pillars of 360° Well-Being™ as a means to address health, equity, and empowerment from multiple angles. In this way, we stand by our motto that “Everybody is Different & Every BODY is Different.” We look forward to our continued relationship with the National Minority Supplier Development Council as a certified minority owned business bringing data to life to empower 360° Well-Being™.
