Carol M. Pate, Ed.D., FCPP is VP of Education and Research at Envision2bWell, Inc, a public benefit corporation. Dr. Pate came to Envision2bWell, Inc with over 25 years as an educator, administrator and professor with expertise in program development, administration and assessment to support underserved students and their communities. In 2019, Dr. Pate became a Fellow of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia in recognition of her many accomplishments and contributions in the disciplines of health and education. Dr. Pate wove medical, population health and human services research into the Social Health Empowerment® framework that is now the foundation of Envision2bWell Inc and its signature product EnvisionWell. Further research led to the development of the KSAA™ model that identifies the Knowledge, Support, Access and Autonomy that matters to shift social determinants of health leading to healthier lives.
Tammy Williams, CEO/Founder of Envision2bWell, is a business thought-leader who loves bucking the status quo to bring knowledge to life about whatever will keep us happy and safe. She is a problem solver who drives strategy and engagement to support and foster business growth and change. Prior to starting Envision2bWell, Tam had an illustrious career in Global Education, Corporate Communications, Customer Relationship Management and Human Resources operations for multiple Fortune 500 companies. This experience allows her to provide thought leadership, identify critical insights and develop optimal business strategies supported by clear, actionable recommendations for execution. Tam’s leadership extends into the community as a member of the West Chester, PA Chapter of the NAACP and sits on the advisory board of the Chapter’s WIN (Women in NAACP) committee. She is a board member of the League of Women Voters in Chester County, a leader of the Philadelphia Chapter of Ellevate Network and a PA State Delegate for Vision 2020 / Women 100.
