EnvisionWell Podcast: Supplier Diversity

Conversations that Matter for 360° Well-Being™

Episode 16: Supplier Diversity

Supplier diversity is an integral part of any Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiative implemented by businesses. Yet, it is often not a large enough part of the conversation nor is it approached with the same focus and attention. A company that commits to a diverse, equal and inclusive workforce must also commit to a diversal, equal and inclusive supplier base.

In this episode of the EnvisionWell podcast, CEO and Founder of Envision2bWell, Tammy Williams, talks with our own resident expert on supplier diversity, Margye Solomon, VP of Business and MWBE Solutions to help listeners understand the ins and outs of supplier diversity. As a certified minority-owned and woman-owned company, Envision2bWell benefits directly from other companies' commitment to supplier diversity. Margye leads the charge in everything to do with that side of the business. At the same time, Margye also leads the charge on ensuring Envision2bWell stays true to their own supplier diversity commitment and plan.
