They will help ground you in your power and prepare you to meet the day with your best self.
What exactly is a mantra, you might be wondering? Here is the official definition:
Man-tra /ˈmantrə/
1. (originally in Hinduism and Buddhism) a word or sound repeated to aid concentration in meditation.
2. a statement or slogan repeated frequently.
The key to making mantras work for you is repetitiion. You need to say the phrase over and over for it to sink into your brain and subconscious – and not just once in a while, but EVERY morning. Some people use one daily mantra that they periodically switch up whenever they feel moved to. Others repeat the same few mantras every day. Choose whatever works best for you, there are no hard and fast rules except for daily practice and repetition.
