Make Time for What Matters

Wintertime is on the horizon.  In years past, this would be a time to ramp up the holiday preparations celebrating one's religious and/or cultural traditions.  Even though we are in a different time today, we can choose to go deeper rather than stay in the realm of worry and anxiety.  Spiritual voices remind us that cultivating mindfulness in times of duress sparks deepening growth.    There are wonderfully and very simple ways to frame your priorities and cultivate mindfulness in daily life so that you can realign and learn what truly, tomorrow and through these 2020 winter holidays.  Yes, it is possible you can still have goals without sacrificing your joy.  It will take you all of a few deep breaths for greater calm and open heart.
